About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop artwork for multichannel deliverables from scratch
  • Create creative concepts based on approved designs
  • Collaborate with design and copy teams on project deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for print and digital executions
  • Maintain consistent creative quality throughout projects
  • Work closely with project management under strict guidelines
  • Develop colour palettes and stylesheets as directed
  • Participate in training programs and assigned tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years digital and print design experience
  • User Interface design experience
  • Expertise in Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Familiarity with Firefly, Figma, and Sketch/3D is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design or equivalent experience
  • Strong design sensibilities with interactive expertise
  • Understanding of layout principles and resizing effects
  • Motion Graphics experience with After Effects is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative work
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Native Italian and business-level English proficiency
