About the role

As a Forward Deployed & Product Engineer at Greenlite, you'll build AI agents that help banks and fintechs fight financial crime at massive scale.
Work directly with our biggest customers—institutions serving over a billion people—deploying cutting-edge AI that automates complex compliance workflows.
Architect custom integrations, write production code for AI agent deployments, and create technical solutions that help financial institutions automate AML, sanctions screening, and fraud detection.
Write production code that deploys AI agents in highly regulated environments
Architect scalable solutions that connect our platform with customer systems
Build new capabilities with customers and ship them to our core product
Collaborate with Deployments, Sales, and Customer teams as the technical expert

2+ years of software engineering experience post-university
Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, SQL, and building secure enterprise systems
Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and complex integrations
Familiarity with our stack is a plus: TypeScript, React/Next.js, Kafka, Postgres, Temporal
Strong at explaining technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical partners
Experience with and excitement around working directly with customers
Strong interest in building scalable product solutions for customer problems
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with lots of iteration
