About the role
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered software solutions across user-facing products, fraud detection, customer service automation, marketing automation, and more
- Develop tools and infrastructure to support advanced AI workflows including agentic architectures and future work in distillation and fine-tuning
- Partner with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to bring new AI features to life quickly and iteratively
- Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector stores, and chain-of-thought reasoning capabilities
- Ensure robust integration of AI systems into core architecture with high performance and scalability
- Contribute to AI infrastructure and pipelines
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of work — ideation to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Push the boundaries of state-of-the-art AI technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative team
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying AI Agents and applications in production
- Solid understanding of LLMs and Generative AI concepts
- Experience with agentic architectures (multi-agent systems, tool usage, fine-tuning)
- Hands-on experience with advanced prompt engineering
- Experience with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI)
- Solid software engineering experience building microservices or APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js)
- Fluency in Python or JavaScript
- Experience with AI Agent deployment and monitoring, including testing/monitoring non-deterministic agents
- Familiarity with at least one major ML platform (Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI)
- Track record of shipping high-impact products or research in fast-moving environments
- Bonus: Experience with a JVM language (Java, Kotlin, Scala, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Bonus: Direct experience with fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks
