Accounts Receivable

• Job location: Mumbai, India
• Support Retail and Partnerships operations by managing complete accounts receivable lifecycle
• Evaluate and approve credit limits and sales orders per internal credit policy
• Monitor bank receipts and ensure accurate, timely posting against outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate customer master data including tax details, payment terms, contacts, and pricing
• Perform quarterly customer ledger reconciliations and coordinate with customers to resolve discrepancies
• Educate customers and sales team on pricing updates, tax changes (e.g. GST) and internal process revisions
• Prepare AR aging reports, exception reporting, and customer payment behaviour analysis
• Support month-end closing, including working extended hours as needed to ensure timely close
