About the role
- Job location: Mumbai
- Part of the Asia Marketing Team supporting India region and building brand across markets
- Support trade marketing for Solar and non-solar electrical products (Inverter Bulbs, AC LED Bulbs, Downlights, Batten)
- Work with the Channel Marketing Manager to design and execute brand visibility strategies across Retail, Partnerships, and DTC
- Coordinate with sales, creative, operations, customer service, tech, and reporting functions; domestic travel 30–40% for on-ground execution
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of experience in trade marketing within a consumer-facing organization with a strong retail footprint.
- Exposure to pan-India campaign execution, including both ATL and BTL activations.
- A creative and resourceful mindset with a strong orientation toward cost-effective solutions.
- High levels of organization, attention to detail, and a structured, data-driven approach.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Initiative-taking attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong task and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
