Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation systems directly into GreenLight’s platform and operational infrastructure
  • Work closely with leadership, product, and operations to design and ship practical AI systems that:
  • - Reduce manual operational work
  • - Improve internal workflows and decision-making
  • - Enhance client and worker experiences
  • - Support scalable global operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience building workflow automation and AI-assisted operational systems in production
  • Strong understanding of:
  • - OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
  • - Workflow orchestration and automation
  • - Systems integrations and API connectivity
  • - Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • - Internal tooling and operational systems
  • Experience with tools such as:
  • - n8n, LangChain, Zapier, Make or, similar orchestration and automation platforms
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to ship quickly
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience building:
  • - AI assistants
  • - Agentic workflows
  • - Operational automation systems
  • - B2B SaaS products
  • Experience in startup or fast-moving environments
  • Strong product and operational instincts and ability to operate with limited structure
