About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain digital product solutions for customers
Triage support tickets
Configure new customer implementations and maintain existing systems
Handle system configurations to onboard new customers globally and update systems as usage evolves
Assist in developing, testing, and supporting new applications within Bradken’s digital product suite
Contribute to scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and task estimation
Ensure system changes follow security policies, quality standards, and change management procedures
Protect Bradken’s intellectual property and follow Australian and international quality standards and internal software-development procedures
Create training materials and documentation to support user adoption
Administer change management processes
Identify cybersecurity risks, conduct code reviews, and promote secure development
Contribute to the swift development of software products within Bradken’s Digital Solution project
Report directly to the Software Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT with a focus on software development, or a related discipline is essential
Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in a corporate software development role
Full-stack capability is highly desirable
Demonstrated experience with ASP.NET, JavaScript, C#, Python, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, .NET, or closely related technologies
Proficient in agile methodologies
Experience working within a DevOps environment
Skilled in maintaining thorough documentation and records
Must complete a psychometric assessment before starting employment
Must complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, before starting employment
