About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of SDRs, driving career ladder growth through effective mentoring and coaching
- Participate and support effective onboarding training to help ramp the team
- Ensure team sales goals are reached and exceeded
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to execute on world-class inbound & outbound sales processes
- Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing a team
- SaaS sales experience
- Track record of success in a sales development/closing role
- Knowledge of how to use sales metrics to gauge success
- Experience with Sales Tech Stack (Salesloft, Nooks, ZoomInfo, Clay, Salesforce)
- Superb communication and presentation skills
