About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with clinical and operations teams to translate complex service requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features and system improvements.
Conduct detailed discoveries with high-quality outputs.
Analyse product performance metrics and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Run the day-to-day operations of a Product & Engineering squad, leading all agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives).
Utilise data to inform decision-making, prioritisation, and the measurement of feature impact.
Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
Manage release notes and internal training to ensure the wider team is empowered to use new platform features.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in a Product Manager role in a high-growth, fast-paced, product-led organisation.
Directly leading squads and running sprint ceremonies alongside engineering teams.
Owning the product lifecycle from initial concept to launch, ongoing optimisation, and measuring outcomes.
Data analysis, A/B testing, and iterative product development.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
Experience with healthcare/healthtech sector is desirable.
