About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensuring that Paloma is the first choice for families and GPs seeking NHS autism and ADHD care.
  • Launching our private offerings to support families when NHS funding is not available.
  • Help develop our marketing strategy with our CEO.
  • Own and improve our brand design, experience and messaging.
  • Line manage and mentor our Marketing Manager, and drive team performance by embedding working practices that optimise pace, quality, and stakeholder visibility.
  • Seek to understand and champion family, children and GP needs, partnering with our product team.
  • Continuously improve our marketing assets, including our website, social media and other awareness channels.
  • Create, measure and improve non-paid and paid campaigns that grow awareness and drive sign-ups with our CAC targets.
  • Define and ensure delivery of our marketing KPIs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of managing and mentoring a marketing team.
  • At least 4 years of experience delivering B2C campaigns, with experience across both non-paid (community building) and paid (Meta, Google and now AI search) channels.
  • Evidence of delivering results in a scale-up or rapid-growth environment.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, ideally in private/self-pay (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare marketing regulatory requirements (desirable).
