About the role
- You design sales areas based on shopper insights and develop solutions that drive sales and engagement in prioritized channels.
- You drive the implementation of the Perfect Store strategy — from strategic product placement to improving the overall customer journey.
- You develop tailored planograms and shelving solutions that showcase our products optimally.
- You are responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of our B2B displays and work closely with suppliers.
- You create point-of-sale materials and training documentation that sustainably support category growth.
- You will become a sought-after Category Advisor and lead joint initiatives with retail partners to develop category growth.
Requirements
- You have in-depth knowledge of FMCG products and categories and are familiar with current market trends.
- You understand the needs of shoppers and retailers and optimize the shopping experience through well-considered merchandising strategies.
- You leverage your understanding of shopper psychology to influence purchase decisions through targeted product placement and promotions.
- You think strategically and develop marketing plans based on long-term objectives.
- You are proficient in using Nielsen data and classic retail KPIs from GfK and make data-driven decisions.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively and are comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- You present yourself confidently and represent our category leadership with poise externally.
- You keep track of multiple projects in a dynamic environment and ensure smooth operations.
