About the role
- Own a portfolio of existing digital health customers and serve as their primary point of contact for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, CS Ops, Support, and Implementation to resolve issues and deliver improvements
- Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term account health
- Identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Sell new products, modules, and features aligned to customer needs and outcomes
- Manage expansion opportunities through the full sales cycle and meet or exceed growth targets
- Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion quota ownership
- Own renewals end-to-end, including contract discussions and pricing conversations
- Develop account plans aligned to customer goals and Eleos growth objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of expanding revenue within an existing customer base
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Ability to manage a pipeline and accurately forecast expansion revenue
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience using CRM tools (SFDC, Gong, etc.) to manage accounts, pipelines, and forecasting
- Comfort analyzing usage data and outcomes to inform expansion and retention strategy
