About the role

  • Lead our onboarding program in close partnership with People Operations, serving as the primary face of the program for new hires and facilitating onboarding sessions.
  • Bring to life our company values and build corresponding initiatives that inspire employees.
  • Leverage employee survey data to build programs that create meaningful connections in our remote-first workplace.
  • Maintain and enhance recognition programs to reinforce high performance, employee engagement, and motivation.
  • Coordinate operations in our corresponding tools and communication channels, such as end-of-year gifts, employee swag store, and the anniversary Slack channel.
  • Own the administration and reporting of our People Experience technology platforms.
  • Track budgets for our location-based hub volunteers to ensure impactful in-person gatherings.
  • Manage vendor relationships and execute the procurement process for contracts and billing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a People & Culture role.
  • Proven experience in project and stakeholder management across teams and levels.
  • Proactive self-starter, capable of driving initiatives independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
