About the role
- Lead our onboarding program in close partnership with People Operations, serving as the primary face of the program for new hires and facilitating onboarding sessions.
- Bring to life our company values and build corresponding initiatives that inspire employees.
- Leverage employee survey data to build programs that create meaningful connections in our remote-first workplace.
- Maintain and enhance recognition programs to reinforce high performance, employee engagement, and motivation.
- Coordinate operations in our corresponding tools and communication channels, such as end-of-year gifts, employee swag store, and the anniversary Slack channel.
- Own the administration and reporting of our People Experience technology platforms.
- Track budgets for our location-based hub volunteers to ensure impactful in-person gatherings.
- Manage vendor relationships and execute the procurement process for contracts and billing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a People & Culture role.
- Proven experience in project and stakeholder management across teams and levels.
- Proactive self-starter, capable of driving initiatives independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
