Financial Planning and Analysis

• Take ownership of the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model and headcount/operating expense management
• Support the ARR close and reconciliation process, providing coverage for ARR workflows and comprehensive headcount/operating expense planning across Revenue teams, including Services and international planning
• Improve speed and accuracy of recurring reports (ARR flash, KPI decks, Board materials) and provide financial support for Marketing and international functions
• Deliver process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and data integrity
• Partner with RevOps, Accounting, and the broader FP&A team to provide financial insights, revenue forecasting, KPI reporting, and investor-related analyses
