Engineering Manager

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team; create an environment of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Own delivery pipelines across engineering streams; track progress, identify risks, and keep projects moving toward milestones.
• Provide architectural and technical guidance, ensuring best practices in code quality, system design, and scalability.
• Oversee technical integrations with partners, customers, and ecosystem teams, collaborating closely with Partner Engineers and TPMs.
• Be responsible for SLI/SLOs, incident response, and postmortems; drive alignment on reliability standards and risk tolerance across the company.
• Build and maintain delivery dashboards, timelines, and communication cadences for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure engineering, product, and partner teams stay aligned through clear processes and structured follow-ups.
• Introduce pragmatic delivery tools, reporting, and frameworks to help engineering scale efficiently. Foster a dynamic, accountable performance culture.
• Provide regular delivery and technical updates to leadership and partners; highlight risks early and propose actionable solutions.
