About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide assistance to product support team on technical support via phone and e-mail
Develop and communicate solutions for basic product applications under direct supervision
Gather information and provide resolution to complex field problems
Understand and interpret industry codes and standards to determine product needs and requirements
Assist with highlighting and communicating key selling points of our current products
Identify opportunities for process improvement and work to implement where applicable
Organize and present trainings to internal and external customers both onsite and offsite
Manage basic individual projects in accordance with predetermined completion dates
Document service calls to record data on product questions and field issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering required
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering required
3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required (for Engineer II)
2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required (for Engineer II)
4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred (for Engineer II)
