About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the development and management of the designated sales region
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner between the assigned representatives and the company
- Travel to visit representatives in assigned region for trainings, meetings, and relationship building
- Participate in customer dinners, product trainings, and other events
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance of assigned representatives
- Analyze and manage sales targets with assigned representatives
- Provide feedback to the appropriate business units on market and product opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-8 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 4 years in the HVAC industry or other technical fields
- Ability to make technical and non-technical presentations in front of large groups
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of job experience
- Travel required more than 25% of time
