About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipping issues, and order changes
Provide customer service support for technical and process related requests from customers and sales teams
Coordinate with production and internal teams to align on order schedules and delivery requirements
Partner closely with Account Managers to support accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
Use CRM and internal systems to track orders, update account details, and manage workflows
Proactively monitor accounts and projects to prevent delays or disruptions
Resolve customer issues quickly by collaborating across internal teams and driving solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or equivalent experience
2 to 4 years in customer service, sales support, or account support
Bachelor degree in business or related field (preferred)
External customer service or account coordination experience (preferred)
Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
