About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Optimize factory costs, quality, and customer service through manufacturing processes
Coordinate and implement training initiatives to support manufacturing
Purchase and implement tooling and equipment for daily operations
Provide technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment
Recommend design and process changes to improve manufacturability
Implement improvements to material utilization and machinery efficiency
Influence management decisions relating to budgeting and capacity planning
Participate in Lean and safety initiatives
Manage projects with predetermined completion dates
Support production and manufacturing to optimize quality and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required
4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred
0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering required for level I
3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required for level II
Basic CAD skills preferred
SAP experience preferred
Basic understanding of Lean concepts preferred
