About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing and developing an assigned sales territory to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining and building strong business relationships with key customers
- Selling, promoting, and marketing different Greenheck Group products
- Developing and managing a sales plan to increase sales effectiveness
- Providing product quotes in CAPS to customer Engineering and Purchasing teams
- Maintaining regular contact with customers for updates and resolving issues
- Working with Business Unit team members regarding product questions
- Collaborating with the inside sales team to clarify customer inquiries
- Seeking out purchasing decision makers to develop relationships
- Delivering collaboration efforts by presenting product highlights
- Exploring opportunities to sell additional products to existing customers
- Promoting facility visits with strategic customers and partners
- Attending trade shows and industry functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferred
- Professional background in either mechanical engineering or outside sales desired
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (orally and written) required
- Must be willing to work with a high degree of autonomy
- AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar software experience desired
- Analytical ability required
- HVAC experience desired
