Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing and developing an assigned sales territory to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining and building strong business relationships with key customers
  • Providing innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs
  • Selling, promoting, and marketing different Greenheck Group products
  • Developing and managing a sales plan for the assigned territory
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers regarding product updates and resolving issues
  • Working directly with Business Unit team regarding product questions
  • Proactively seeking out purchasing decision makers
  • Attending trade shows and industry functions to stay informed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience required in direct sales, outside sales, mechanical
  • Professional background in either mechanical engineering or outside sales desired.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (orally and written) required
  • Must be willing to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar software experience desired
  • Analytical ability required
  • HVAC experience desired
