Define, track, and manage process improvement efforts within the Accurex Sales Entity.
Work in direct support of Sales Operations — with emphasis on post-sale processes.
Collaborate with the corporate IT team to utilize current system tools.
Identify bottlenecks and standardize or enhance post-sale processes.
Translate business requirements into system specifications.
Audit existing Sales Operations processes to ensure compliance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting across all Sales Operations processes.
Identify and implement improvements and present process-related training initiatives.
Develop processes and documentation to improve customer service within Sales Operations.

Requirements

4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
2-4 years of relevant work experience required for BPA I.
4-6 years of relevant work experience required for BPA II.
6-8 years of relevant work experience required for BPA III.
SAP (ERP) experience preferred for BPA I.
SAP (ERP) experience required for BPA II and III.
Knowledge of areas that support the quote-to-cash process preferred.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and training preferred.
Project management skills preferred for BPA I and II.
Systems, Engineering, or Manufacturing background required for BPA II and III.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts required for BPA II and III.
Expected to complete internal Lean Leader Certification for BPA II and III.
