💰 $80,000 - $208,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage and develop an assigned sales territory to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and build strong business relationships with key customers
  • Listen to and understand the customers’ needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Sell, promote and market different Greenheck Group products
  • Develop and manage a sales plan to increase sales effectiveness
  • Provide product quotes in CAPS to customer Engineering and Purchasing teams
  • Maintain regular contact with customers including updates on new products and resolving issues
  • Work directly with Business Unit team members regarding product questions
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to clarify and quantity information
  • Proactively seek out purchasing decision makers
  • Deliver successful collaboration efforts by presenting highlights of products and service capabilities
  • Explore opportunities to sell additional Greenheck Group products
  • Promote facility / corporate visits with customers and business partners
  • Attend trade shows and industry functions
  • Travel as needed within the assigned territory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience preferred
  • Professional background in either mechanical engineering or outside sales desired
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (orally and written) required
  • Must be willing to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar software experience desired
  • Analytical ability required
  • HVAC experience desired
