About the role
- Aid product support team on technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external salespeople in the areas of product selection and application.
- Develop and communicate solutions for basic product applications under direct supervision.
- Gather information and provide resolution to complex field problems.
- Document service calls to record data on product questions and field issues.
- Organize and present trainings to internal and external customers both onsite and offsite.
Requirements
- 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent years of work experience required.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
