About the role
- Assist internal customers in troubleshooting system issues or questions.
- Understand functional business requirements and deliverables for assigned work.
- Collaborate with business partners to document business processes and functional specifications for readability and understanding by others.
- Create and maintain documentation for system applications/programs/designs.
- Create and maintain application installation and troubleshooting guides for high level programs.
- Work on identified solutions to a problem and test solutions against all aspects of problem as stated.
- Develop and perform testing on most tasks assigned to ensure proper functionality.
- Formulate and define system scope based on user needs and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify simple changes to information systems.
- Create standard technical design specifications from functional requirements including system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system design models, pseudo code, etc.
- Manage assigned tasks and provide estimated time of completion.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- 2 Year / Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
