General Counsel

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to business leaders across development, operations, finance, and commercial teams
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including: Feedstock supply agreements, RNG and environmental attribute offtake agreements, EPC and construction-related agreements, Operations and maintenance agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and other commercial contracts
• Support acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and integration activities, including due diligence and transaction support
• Assist with legal matters throughout the RNG project lifecycle, from development through operations
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters related to renewable energy, environmental regulations, and low-carbon fuel programs
• Help manage permitting, environmental compliance, and interactions with outside regulatory counsel
• Support corporate governance, entity management, and internal policy development
• Assist in managing litigation, disputes, and claims with outside counsel
• Partner cross-functionally to identify and mitigate legal and business risks
• Help build scalable legal processes and support a culture of compliance and ethical business practices
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
