Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience leading the delivery of Estates and Facilities Services across multiple sites
Strong capability in governance, statutory and mandatory compliance, and Health & Safety oversight
Proven leadership experience managing dispersed operational teams
Robust financial and commercial acumen
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Experience supporting emergency planning and operational incidents as part of a Command Team
Good Health & Safety knowledge
Excellent organisational, time-management and people skills
