Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience leading the delivery of Estates and Facilities Services across multiple sites
  • Strong capability in governance, statutory and mandatory compliance, and Health & Safety oversight
  • Proven leadership experience managing dispersed operational teams
  • Robust financial and commercial acumen
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience supporting emergency planning and operational incidents as part of a Command Team
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, time-management and people skills
