About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to achieve growth through sales operations, CRM excellence, and data-driven execution
  • Own the commercial operating system, including CRM strategy, data governance, and technology enablement
  • Lead a team of three and drive process discipline, adoption, and measurable funnel performance improvements
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle
  • Identify and eliminate friction in lead management and sales funnel progression
  • Standardize, automate, and optimize sales management processes, including lead qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and handoffs
  • Lead sales operations, including pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, performance tracking, and pricing
  • Apply Challenger Sales methodologies within the CRM interface
  • Partner with commercial leadership to translate growth strategy into technology-enabled execution
  • Own CRM data strategy, hygiene standards, policy documentation, account segmentation, and data-quality controls
  • Own Salesforce CRM strategy and optimize adoption across global commercial teams
  • Define and execute a technology roadmap focused on automation, efficiency, and data accuracy
  • Establish funnel visibility through dashboards and reporting
  • Track conversion, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve commercial performance
  • Manage and develop three direct reports
  • Drive adoption of CRM, tools, and processes through training and change management
  • Collaborate with supply, business units, finance, applications engineering, and other stakeholders to support commercial growth and customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems/IT, or Marketing
  • 7+ years in Sales, Commercial, or Revenue Operations
  • Minimum 4 years serving as primary Salesforce Administrator for a global, enterprise-level organization
  • Demonstrated go-to-market fluency
  • Experience architecting CRM-enabled lead management models, automation, and governance
  • Proven success leading CRM-enabled sales growth and process transformation
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder, complex sharing rules, and advanced reporting/dashboards
  • Experience overseeing integration and optimization of adjacent sales tools
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
  • Position may require U.S. Person status for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data, depending on assigned business unit
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
