About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Distribution & Visibility of Greene King Own & Partner Brands within the Wholesale channel
  • Deliver the agreed Wholesale Channel - Distribution, Volume & Profit Targets via Customer focused JBPs
  • Support the SNAM Wholesale in the management at a regional level of C&C Group & LWC
  • Be the first point of contact for Regional Sales Director & their sales teams
  • Take ownership for the delivery of regional core brand distribution & volume target
  • Propose course correction plans as required throughout the year
  • Drive visibility of GK Brands including approved Partner brands through clear 12-month promotional calendar
  • Provide Quarterly Category updates to regional customers and monthly tailored category updates to MCW/LWC

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional salesperson with the ability to create selling stories
  • Strong Negotiator delivering a win/win for us and the customer
  • Experience / knowledgeable Commercial Awareness
  • Financially Astute and full understanding of P&L top to bottom
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex data
  • Exceptional Planning & Prioritising Skills
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint Capability
  • Excellent Knowledge of the UK On Trade market
