About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product roadmap and experience across customer-facing servicing capabilities and internal team-member tools
  • Lead product initiatives from problem identification and discovery through development, launch, and iteration
  • Conduct discovery with customers, team members, and business stakeholders
  • Translate complex business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures
  • Maintain backlog clarity and prioritize competing initiatives
  • Partner with Technology throughout development, QA, release readiness, and implementation
  • Redesign workflows, reduce friction, and identify opportunities to simplify or automate operational processes
  • Design scalable future-state workflows and improve use of Salesforce and other platforms
  • Ensure solutions integrate with existing systems, data, and operational processes
  • Partner with Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Sales, Technology, Data, and other teams
  • Support strategic initiatives through Greenbox Capital’s product pod structure
  • Define and monitor product adoption, workflow utilization, customer experience, operational performance, and business outcomes
  • Partner on UAT, training, documentation, release communication, and change adoption
  • Continuously improve products using user behavior, feedback, operational data, and business performance
  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering complex software or technology-enabled products
  • Experience translating customer, user, and business problems into scalable product solutions
  • Experience leading initiatives through discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration
  • Experience working closely with engineering or Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience improving operational workflows, business systems, or internal tools
  • Experience using data and customer or user feedback to inform product decisions
  • Experience managing competing priorities and maintaining a clear product backlog or roadmap
  • Ability to understand operational workflows, technology, data, and customer experience intersections
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for Technology teams
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, distributed team environment
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience serving internal users and external customers preferred
  • Fintech, lending, servicing, payments, alternative finance, or operationally complex environment experience preferred
  • Experience with cross-functional product pods preferred
  • Knowledge of product strategy, roadmap development, discovery, workflow analysis, business process design, requirements and user stories, backlog management, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, Salesforce environments, workflow automation, product analytics, UAT, SDLC, product management tools, and vendor/platform/integration management
