About the role
- Build and activate new ISO partners.
- Improve submission, approval, and funding ratios through data-driven outreach.
- Maintain consistent, high‑quality touchpoints and educate partners on product/process updates.
- Track market shifts and share insights with leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in consumer service sales or SMB lending.
- 5+ years in a high-speed work environment.
- Strong conflict-resolution experience.
- Quick, solution-oriented thinker with excellent communication.
- Preferred: MCA industry experience.
- CRM proficiency; ability to interpret funnel metrics.
- Strong data literacy.
- Understanding of MCA/SMB lending processes.
