About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with the Real Estate Senior Practice Development Manager and other real estate marketing team members
  • Support practice-related proposal requests and RFPs
  • Draft proposals using practice descriptions and client lists
  • Create and maintain records of specific practice experience
  • Compile information and draft submissions for directory and ranking authorities
  • Organize practice group conference calls and follow up on action items
  • Draft, edit, and distribute marketing materials and client communications
  • Ensure flow of information from attorneys to marketing team
  • Collaborate with marketing professionals across the firm
  • Assist in deploying programs and events hosted by the firm

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in marketing or business development
  • Experience at a law firm or other professional services firm is preferred
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of AI capabilities and willingness to learn firm-approved AI tools
