About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Primary responsibility is regarding the data entry of information into the Conflicts and Accounting System software
  • Assist on other projects including database clean-up, closing of new clients, and responding to inquiries from clients
  • Assist with the administrative tasks associated with opening new matters in workflow
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Assist with the monitoring of back office processes for new matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous data entry experience, ideally in an accounting office within a law firm
  • Experience with accounting and conflicts database software, e.g. CMS, iManage
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software, strong Excel preferred
  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
