About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

provide consultation and technical support to legal teams
manage document databases, productions, vendor relationships, and technology-driven litigation solutions
work collaboratively with Litigation Support personnel throughout the country
assess needs and deliver expert recommendations to achieve desired outcomes
manage day-to-day Litigation Support requests
set up war rooms and coordinate graphics services and courtroom technology in connection with trials

Requirements

What you’ll need

expertise in Relativity
passion for legal technology
proficiency in document review tools
experience with predictive analytics
experience with transcript management platforms such as Opus 2
excellent oral and written communication skills
self-motivated and proactive attitude
ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
flexibility to work overtime as needed
Bachelor's Degree required
minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation support specialist, analyst, or project manager required
experience with analytics tools such as Brainspace is a plus
proficiency in transcript and video management tools such as Opus 2
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
