About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation and agentic AI solutions
- Build and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory)
- Architect and implement multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and tool use
- Create robust integrations across diverse systems using APIs, Python-based services, and orchestration tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal teams, and IT to deliver impactful automation and agentic solutions
- Monitor and optimize automation and agent performance
- Maintain documentation and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong proficiency in Python, including modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio, requests/httpx)
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows in production or near-production environments
- Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, and structured output techniques
- Strong proficiency with: Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Experience working in a fast-paced law firm environment with diverse needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering or a related field
