Innovation Manager, Applied AI

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partners with attorneys, practice groups, and innovation stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for applying generative AI and legal technology
- Supports the design, rollout, and scaling of practice-specific, AI-enabled workflows
- Engages directly with attorneys to understand adoption challenges
- Serves as a day-to-day point of contact between attorneys and the Innovation Department
- Contributes to knowledge management initiatives by helping make legal know-how more accessible and scalable through responsible AI use
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced graduate degree required; JD preferred
- Relevant legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment preferred
- Approximately 3+ years of professional experience
- Technology Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfort using collaboration, knowledge management, and workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint, HighQ, or similar platforms)
