About the role
- Provides support for mobile device activations with cellular providers
- Supports enrollment of mobile devices in Microsoft Intune
- Secures, monitors, manages and supports mobile devices deployed across mobile operators, service providers and the enterprise
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics of mobile devices
- Provides subject matter expertise support to Help Desk and end users
- Works with Senior engineers to develop, document and implement Intune policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years managing mobile devices
- Hands-on knowledge of configuring iOS Devices, Android, and other mobile platforms
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be available after hours and on-call support as required
- Experience in Azure level scripting (Graph, PowerShell, etc.)
- Familiarity with inter-networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, firewalls, Local and Wide Area Networks
