About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides strategy and expertise in instructional design, onboarding, manufacturing operations, and program management
  • Partners with HR partners and business leaders to develop and deploy tools, programs, and content to enable performance and growth
  • Designs and manages role-based, engaging training with observation checklists to drive performance to SOPs
  • Owns all ADDIE phases and program-manages standardized onboarding
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and prioritizes program implementations
  • Develops engaging asynchronous/synchronous learning materials aligned with adult learning principles
  • Partners with the Sr. Director of Talent and Organizational Development to create role-based competency models

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Has at least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, or related field
  • Has a minimum of 5 full-time years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and/or Talent Management in a manufacturing environment
  • Has experience with creating standardized onboarding programs
  • Has solid project management skills
  • Has experience leading organizational change through strong influencing and change management skills in establishing trust, credibility and building collaboration at all levels of the organization
  • Has experience conducting needs analyses, creating behaviorally anchored rating scales, and crafting competency models
  • Has experience using Articulate 360 Storyline, Captivate, iSpring Suite, and other authoring tools
  • Has experience editing videos using Camtasia, ClipChamp, or other similar software
  • Has a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to visit sites
