About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides strategy and expertise in instructional design, onboarding, manufacturing operations, and program management
Partners with HR partners and business leaders to develop and deploy tools, programs, and content to enable performance and growth
Designs and manages role-based, engaging training with observation checklists to drive performance to SOPs
Owns all ADDIE phases and program-manages standardized onboarding
Collaborates with key stakeholders and prioritizes program implementations
Develops engaging asynchronous/synchronous learning materials aligned with adult learning principles
Partners with the Sr. Director of Talent and Organizational Development to create role-based competency models

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has at least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, or related field
Has a minimum of 5 full-time years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and/or Talent Management in a manufacturing environment
Has experience with creating standardized onboarding programs
Has solid project management skills
Has experience leading organizational change through strong influencing and change management skills in establishing trust, credibility and building collaboration at all levels of the organization
Has experience conducting needs analyses, creating behaviorally anchored rating scales, and crafting competency models
Has experience using Articulate 360 Storyline, Captivate, iSpring Suite, and other authoring tools
Has experience editing videos using Camtasia, ClipChamp, or other similar software
Has a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to visit sites
