Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the liaison between GTI HQ and Cultivation/Processing Facility build-outs
Oversee full lifecycle cultivation construction from feasibility through commissioning
Coordinate high-performance HVACD systems
Manage installation of dehumidification systems and chilled water systems
Ensure building envelope performance supports environmental control goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, preferred
5+ years of project management experience, preferred
Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA)
Greenhouse or indoor grow facilities
High-capacity HVAC and mechanical systems
Industrial electrical distribution systems
Experience managing multi-site, multi-state expansion programs
Strong understanding of environmental controls and agricultural infrastructure preferred
