About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems using C# and SQL, with a preference for PostgreSQL
Design and develop user-friendly front end using Vue
Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support front to back integration
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Participate in code reviews
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge
Work directly with a development team in London and California development team members in various time zones

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or comparable experience
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects, spanning at least 5 years
Proficiency in C# and SQL, with extensive experience in PostgreSQL
Experience with Angular/React/VueJS and Typescript
Strong understanding of database management, optimization, and security
Experience with RESTful API development and integration
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying current with new technologies.
