About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and oversee the payroll process for international employees
Coordinate with external payroll providers on changes in payroll, queries, policy examinations, audits
Lead all payroll, 401K, workers compensation, and other payroll related audits
Serve as primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries
Manage the reconciliation and distribution of payroll benefits/deductions for all entities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6 years of experience in payroll management
Experience with payroll processes abroad (UK preferred)
Proven experience as a Global Payroll Manager for at least 7 years
In-depth knowledge of global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
A Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred
Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements
