About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business by engaging qualified leads through strategic outreach, including phone calls and personalized email campaigns
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline using discretion, independent judgment, and initiative
- Accurately track sales activities and forecast revenue through Salesforce
- Develop and execute a high-volume sales plan to boost revenue and build brand visibility
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including outreach and engagement goals

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, business development, and strategic lead generation
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and market dynamics (infrastructure and energy knowledge a plus)
- Must be based within commuting distance of New York office or willing to relocate
