About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Training clients on Green Street’s Research
- Lead structured onboarding for new Green Street subscribers
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
- Actively collect and relay client feedback to internal teams
- Own the full renewal cycle for first-year accounts
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with high distinction in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role — ideally within a SaaS, financial data, or financial services environment
- Superior relationship management skills
- Sales-driven and competitive, with experience negotiating with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fundamental understanding of the financial industry
- Organized and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
