About the role
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide programs that protect our people, products, and property.
- Drive initiatives in loss prevention, physical security, and risk mitigation across retail, cultivation, and manufacturing operations.
- Serve as a key business partner to Operations, Finance, Compliance, and IT, ensuring alignment with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.
- Focus on reducing shrink, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening Jushi’s culture of safety through proactive programs, technology integration, and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Security Operations—experience in retail, cannabis, or other highly regulated environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enterprise-level strategies across multi-state operations.
- Proficiency in investigations, data analysis, and root-cause problem solving.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to support field operations.
