About the role
- Lead and grow our maintenance team (supervisors, techs, coordinators)
- Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital projects
- Manage vendor networks and ensure top-quality service
- Track costs, performance metrics, and compliance
- Partner with Property Management, Finance, and Leasing teams to keep everything running smoothly
Requirements
- 7–10 years of property or facility maintenance experience (3–5 in leadership)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
- Skilled in vendor & budget management
- Familiar with PropertyMeld, Jobber, or similar systems
- OSHA, safety, and compliance knowledge
- Bonus: Trade certifications or bilingual (English/Spanish)
