About the role
- Lead and mentor Property Managers, Leasing Managers, and Coordinators across markets
- Oversee day-to-day property management operations (residential, multifamily, HOA)
- Ensure portfolio performance: ≤21 DOM, ≤3% vacancy, ≥95% rent collection
- Manage client escalations and ensure owner & tenant satisfaction
- Partner with Maintenance, Leasing, and Finance teams to keep everything in sync
- Improve workflows, tech systems, and scale our operations across portfolios
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Property Management (4+ in senior leadership)
- Strong track record managing large portfolios (300+ units)
- Skilled in team leadership, client relations, and operational excellence
- Proficient with Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property platforms
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing, and HOA compliance
- Strategic thinker who thrives on systems, accountability, and growth
- Bonus Points: CPM/ARM certification, legal experience, or Master’s degree
