• The Director of EPC provides end-to-end leadership for the delivery of distributed energy projects including Solar + Storage, Standalone BESS, Microgrids, and CHP.
• Accountable for hiring, developing a project management team to evaluate execution strategies, governing delivery risk, developing key EPC partnerships for successful delivery of bankable projects for long-term ownership.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (including commercial, development, O&M) and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, reliably, on time, and on budget.
• Oversee onsite construction managers on key projects and own CAPEX deployment timing, cashflow alignment, cost discipline, and compliance with third-party financing requirements.

• Lead and mentor an experienced development team to advance key projects through critical gate reviews, financial close, and Notice-to-Proceed (NTP).
• Align development execution with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Vice President of Development

Electrical Engineer

• **What you'll do:**
• - Provide technical direction and support during the development, construction, commissioning, and operation of renewable energy assets.
• - Ensure all projects meet design standards and maintain high-quality engineering designs.
• - Collaborate with customers, utilities, AHJs, and third-party consultants to support the design and engineering of complex projects.
• - Stay abreast of industry developments, new project requirements, and emerging trends to inform project strategies.
• - Share technical knowledge by coordinating with cross-functional teams throughout various project phases.
