About the role

  • Business development: Actively contribute to growing the client portfolio by identifying new investment opportunities.
  • Support and retain our existing investor clients by offering personalized solutions tailored to their wealth-management objectives.
  • Proactively expand the existing portfolio by targeting high-value outreach.
  • Offer our investment funds (OPCVM/UCITS) and investment solutions to major networks of independent wealth managers (CGPs) and family offices.
  • Contact: Respond to questions from our members and prospective members across our channels (email, in-app chat, website chat, phone).
  • Collect and forward any required supporting documents and additional information needed to subscribe to contracts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Green-Got and its partners for exchanging members’ documents and information, and ensure case follow-up.
  • Financial engineering: Continuously evolve our methodology to provide the market’s best-performing investment products (financial and extra-financial criteria).
  • Actively monitor portfolio performance and recommend solutions to optimize contract returns and protect our clients.
  • Develop and implement new investment offerings (structured products, creation of Green-Got funds, PER (French retirement savings plan), securities accounts, savings accounts, and many others).
  • Advise clients on the allocation of their financial assets, the portfolio suited to their risk profile, and beneficiary clauses.
  • Improve the overall experience and the app experience: Contribute to the creation of educational content (blog, video & social media) on personal finance.
  • Create and manage a financial newsletter for our members.
  • Work closely with the tech and product teams to improve the app and website: report bugs, suggest improvements, contribute to the FAQ, etc.

Requirements

  • You have training in finance, responsible finance and/or wealth management, with 2 to 4 years’ proven experience in a wealth-management firm, asset management or banking.
  • Financial investments are second nature to you and you enjoy spending time analyzing OPCVM/UCITS funds.
  • You are an excellent communicator and are comfortable contacting, following up and persistently pursuing your interlocutors.
  • You thrive on closing deals.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving new problems.
  • You are the go-to person among your friends and family for financial matters — they come to you for advice and you love explaining your work.
  • You have excellent writing skills and are extremely detail-oriented.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and with learning every day.
  • You are aligned with Green-Got’s mission.
  • You are motivated — very, very motivated.
  • You have a good level of English. Some of our discussions are held in English, and we have (and will have) more non-French-speaking members in the future.
Benefits
  • Impact: An opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project that already has a significant environmental impact, in a fast-growing sector.
  • A competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation based on your targets.
  • An existing client portfolio that will be progressively entrusted to you to develop and retain.
  • Close management and powerful tools (dedicated back office, communications team, prospect/client database, premium CRM).
  • A stimulating work environment that promotes autonomy and initiative within a high-growth group.
  • An ambitious, young, determined team that enjoys spending time together.
  • Learning: Work alongside experts in sustainable finance and advisory services.
  • Remote: At least two days of telework per week, although the office atmosphere is so nice you may want to stay.
