About the role

  • As a member of this team, you will work to make our range of responsible investments one of the very best on the market.
  • Convert our highly qualified prospect base into clients and retain our active members.
  • Ensure the quality of our product offering and establish Green-Got as a reference player in sustainable investing.
  • This will require setting up financial and extra‑financial monitoring, continually researching new solutions, knowing the subtleties of our investment products, and advising clients according to their profiles.
  • You will join a team of five people; your scope will be broad and your responsibilities varied. They will evolve according to company news, needs, your preferences and the development of Green-Got and its features.
  • As a member of this team, you will mainly interact with our members and partners, as well as with other Green-Got teams (Marketing, Compliance, Tech, Communications, Product).

Requirements

  • You have training in finance, responsible finance and/or wealth management and have 2 to 4 years of experience in a wealth management firm, asset management or banking.
  • Financial investments hold no secrets for you and you enjoy spending time analysing UCITS (OPCVM).
  • You are an excellent communicator and are not afraid to reach out, follow up and follow up again with contacts.
  • Closing deals is a challenge that excites you.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and enjoy solving new problems.
  • You are the go‑to person in your circle for financial matters — people consult you for advice and you love explaining your work.
  • You have strong written communication skills and are extremely meticulous.
  • You are comfortable with uncertainty and with having to learn every day.
  • You are aligned with Green‑Got’s mission.
  • You are motivated — very, very motivated.
  • You have a good level of English. Some of our discussions are held in English, and we have (and will have) more non‑French‑speaking members in the future.
