About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft social security pleadings and filings
- Handle social security cases at the administrative, judicial and appeals stages
- Perform technical and strategic analysis of cases
- Monitor deadlines, case movements and case progress/status
- Work on matters related to accident benefits, BPC/LOAS (Continuous Cash Benefit under Brazilian Social Assistance Law), maternity benefit, special retirement/pension, and benefits related to ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social security law
- Experience drafting legal pleadings and filings
- Experience managing social security cases
- Strong legal writing skills, organization, and responsibility with deadlines
